Right of withdrawal (EU)
Under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, no reason needed. On top of that, VOLTRA offers a voluntary 30-day money-back guarantee.
How to start a return
- Email support@voltra.eu with your order reference (VLT-XXXXXX) and reason.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the scooter securely — ideally in its original box with all accessories.
Condition
To receive a full refund, items should be in resaleable condition with minimal wear. We may reduce a refund to reflect handling beyond what's needed to try the product, as permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Return shipping is on us.
Warranty
Every VOLTRA includes a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. This is separate from your right to return. To make a claim, contact support@voltra.eu.
